Branch Manager Michael J. Brosmith opened CFL Mortgage with one goal in mind:  to create a mortgage company that has an exceptional level of customer service. 

CFL stands for ‘Client for Life’, which is the type of service we at CFL are committed to providing to each and every client we serve.  ‘Client for Life’ service is the backbone of our business model, and a goal that we as a company strive daily to attain. 

We know that good customer service is not simply getting the loan closed on time; that is our job.  At CFL we define good customer service as exceeding each clients' expectations of the products and services we offer. This means making every client, whether purchasing a $100,000 home or a $1 million dollar home, feel as if they are our only customer.
