Penny Iddings was born in England. She came to “The States” for a
vacation at the age of ten and never looked back. She grew up in what she calls the
Southern Part of Heaven (Chapel Hill) and attended UNC. After
graduation, she married her college sweetheart. They moved to Athens, GA which is where the lived while he attended law school. After his graduation they moved to Greensboro, where they still reside.
Penny started working in the mortgage industry over 15 years ago. After owning her own company for 12 years, she decided to join the team at CFL Mortgage because what she enjoys most is working with clients and Realtors; not the administrative duties of owning a company. Penny's clients and Realtors have come to know Penny for delivering "white glove service", which made her a natural fit for the CFL team.
Her weekends are often spent with her husband, two teenagers and the family’s yellow lab at Smith Mountain Lake. She loves to travel, read and spend time with friends and family.
