Brinley Christner Hi! I’m Brinley Christner, the Marketing Manager here at CFL Mortgage. I grew up just down the highway from Greensboro in the Chair City of Thomasville. After high school, I attended North Carolina State University (go Pack!) and graduated with a B.S. in Business Management and a concentration in Marketing. Since then I have worked with Mike Brosmith - and it has been an exciting experience! I did not have a direct intention to enter the mortgage industry after college, but have found I love it. The mortgage market is cyclical and ever-changing, so it keeps you on your toes. When Mike first opened the doors of CFL Mortgage, I was his marketing assistant/Client Service Manager. In the role of Client Service Manager I learned the importance of credit, how to process a loan and what an important job we as mortgage lenders have.
Now that CFL has grown, I handle the marketing full-time here at CFL. That’s right, I have the fun job! I design the flyers and brochures, etc. and organize the Client Appreciation Drawings and Semi-Annual Events. I love working in a field that helps people accomplish their hard-earned goals and dreams; it’s one of the most rewarding jobs you can have, and it's the top reason I enjoy working in the mortgage industry.
Other things I enjoy outside of work are: Saturday morning coffee with my husband, weekend visits from family, experimental cooking, and experiencing other cultures through travel.
